Before you read this we want to tell you that in Dinamo we manufacture products to endure. If there is one thing we would like to, is that after you use our products, you feel satisfied so you recommend us to your friends and acquaintances.
What is the warranty?
Dinamo products are guaranteed for 10 years in case of defects in workmanship or materials under normal use. If the product should be repaired for what we consider abnormal use, we will contact you in advance to have your approval before making the repair being the customer who bears the cost. Those repairs that are outside the Warranty have a minimum cost of USD 20, in case of exceeding we will contact you before arranging to have your approval.
Certain special editions of materials we may occasionally offer were not subjected to the extensive testing we perform on our line items, therefore these special editions are not covered by the extended warranty.
How long does it take to make the arrangements?
Since we have the product in our workshop the arrangement will be ready within 2 weeks (10 working days). It is important that you know that you have to send the product to our Showroom, Altolaguirre 1584 – City of Buenos Aires. The warranty does not cover shipping costs.
Other important issues:
Our Warranty does not cover wear and tear due to normal use of the product, but it does cover defects in workmanship or materials under normal conditions of use as we have already told you. A determination of the type of defect or failure and Warranty coverage can only be made by physical inspection of the product. That is, we need to see it to understand what happened.

2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Dinamo is responsible for product changes that meet any of these points:
• The product was not the one requested
• The color was not the chosen one
• Have manufacturing faults
In any other situation the shipping costs to make the return are borne by the customer. We do not refund money for purchases already made. You can change the products as long as the item is unused, you can change it by another color or model within 30 days after purchase. In case the model or color is not found, a credit note will be given for the value of the original product.
The value of the product that is taken at the time of a change is that paid in the purchase
3. INTERNATIONAL PURCHASING
Some countries charge a customs import duty. Please consult the current legislation.
If such taxes exist at the time of receiving the product, it is the customer who must pay them. For product returns read point 2. Returns and Exchanges. In the case of international returns the customer must pay the costs of logistics and Argentine customs.
How do I clean my product?
A. Cordura products: you can clean the outer layer of your product with a soft brush with water to remove most of the dirt. For some harder spots you can make a mixture of water with a little white soap or detergent and finish rinsing it well.
B. Canvas 100% Cotton: you can clean the stains only with cold water and a soft bristle brush. Remember that this fabric is made with natural fibers so you must do it gently.
C. In the products with Natural Leather pieces you must take special care, color can change in contact with water.
We recommend you not to put your product in a washing or drying machine! If any damage occurs during the cleaning process it is not covered by the Warranty.
